Political Awareness and Involvement

GCFLAC is actively involved in political awareness. Along with our Social Action Committee, we sponsor political and candidate forums, participate in Delta Days at the State and Nation's Capitol, and are involved in local voter registration drives, such as "Souls to the Polls" and voting restoration rights for felons. We address and are especially concerned with national and state issues including, but not limited to gun violence, voting rights, and voter turnout.
